Being Anointed means to be equipped with the necessary tools to carry out a certain task. The Holy Spirit empowers you (Act 1: 8) to fulfil this assignment (1 Sam 16:13).
Being Commissioned means to be sent out to fulfil a particular purpose. There’s a mandate, an instruction, a commission. (Joh 20:21-23, Jos 1:1-18, 3:7).
