The “favour of God” is divine kindness, to an undeserving humanity. God’s grace gives us the ability to do something which is humanly impossible for us to do. We already have God’s favour. He saved us because of His favour toward us. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God”. (Eph 2:8). God’s favour is the power that changes things for us – spirit, soul and body. Receive it by Faith (2 Peter 1:2).
When favour is on you, expect great things to happen. Some helpful “How-to’s”: Find God, find life (Prov 8:35) Keep Commandments (Prov 3: 1) Establish the work of your hands (Ps 90: 17). Be righteous (Ps 5: 12). Great names found favour: Adam, Noah, Moses, Samuel, David, Joseph, Esther, Jesus. Luke 2: 51-52 “Then He went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. …And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”
